THE TIGER AND THE HARE
Korean folklore is full of stories of the tiger and the hare. The theme speaks of the interplay between the vicious but gullible tiger and the delicate but cunning hare. Through their opposing actions they bring balance and harmony to the world.
This relationship reflects the harmony which kimchi holds; fermented spicy gochujang working in conjunction with the crisp cool cabbage to bring balance to the palate.
